Since our posters are custom-printed products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Your order number
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. When am I eligible for a refund?
Refunds are applicable only if:
The product is damaged or defective
A wrong item was delivered
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before printing begins.
Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible.
5. Are there any non-refundable cases?
Yes. Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect size or design selected by the customer
Minor color variations due to screen settings
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
6. What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
If your order is delayed or lost due to courier issues, please contact us. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
