Since our posters are custom-printed products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Clear photos of the product

  2. Photos of the packaging

  3. Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are applicable only if:

  1. The product is damaged or defective

  2. A wrong item was delivered

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before printing begins.
Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible.

Yes. Refunds will not be provided for:

  1. Change of mind after purchase

  2. Incorrect size or design selected by the customer

  3. Minor color variations due to screen settings

  4. Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
